My stay at Hotel Chimayo was a mixed bag. On one hand, the location is unbeatable, just a block from the Plaza, which made exploring Santa Fe a breeze. The staff was really good, truly making me feel at home with their warm and friendly service. However, I did notice some shortcomings, like the bathroom sizes and wear and tear in certain areas of the hotel. Overall, it was a decent experience, but some improvements could really elevate it further.

Although the bathroom was tiny and the air conditioning system was a bit outdated, the overall cleanliness and attention from the staff made my stay enjoyable. Plus, its fantastic location just steps from the Plaza made it easy to explore the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Chimayo De Santa Fe. The cozy atmosphere, attentive staff, and charming decor all contributed to a good experience. While I enjoyed my time, the $30 daily 'amenity fee' felt a bit unnecessary given the limited services on offer. Nevertheless, I would definitely return for the comfortable accommodations and excellent location just off the Plaza.

Being just half a block from the Santa Fe Plaza was a huge plus! I could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and cultural landmarks. The convenience really enhanced my visit.
Dining

While I enjoyed the drinks from the bar, the dining options were somewhat limited. I found it more enjoyable to explore local eateries, but the on-site offerings were adequate for my needs.

The historic character of the hotel added to its charm. However, the $30 daily 'amenity fee' seemed steep for what was primarily just parking and coffee. If you can overlook that, the stay is still worthwhile.
